To create an Account on totoid, you must complete the registration form with accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate Account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account will be deemed to have been authorized by you. However, the Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (including server failures, network outages, or force majeure events). totoid is not liable for any losses incurred during periods of service unavailability.
All bets and game outcomes involve an element of chance. totoid does not guarantee winnings and is not responsible for any financial losses you incur while using the Platform. Gambling should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income.
totoid partners with third-party payment processors to facilitate deposits and withdrawals. Delays or errors caused by these payment processors (including bank processing times, e-wallet service outages, or transaction failures) are beyond totoid's control. While we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving payment issues, we cannot be held liable for failures originating with third-party providers.
In no event shall totoid's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount of your Account balance at the time the claim arose, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is lower.

Upon Account suspension, all pending bets will be voided and any Bonus funds will be forfeited. Your deposited funds (excluding Bonuses and winnings from voided bets) will be returned to you after completion of any necessary security checks, provided your Account is not involved in fraudulent activity.

All decisions made by totoid regarding bet settlements, Account disputes, and Terms enforcement are final and binding. totoid operates as an internationally based platform and does not fall under the jurisdiction of Indonesian regulatory bodies. Users accept that by using the Platform, they waive any right to pursue legal action in Indonesian courts with respect to disputes arising from Platform use.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international commercial law principles. By using totoid, you acknowledge that the Platform operates internationally and is not subject to Indonesian domestic gambling regulations.
Any legal disputes that cannot be resolved through totoid's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules.
